Revision - there is a story online about these from Kurt Bublitz who had one.. It's quite interesting and confirming to the whole. I n the 1940's my grandfather Paul Price was Bugsy Siegel's Publicist and one of the right hand men who opened The Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas.
The opening night VIPs (100-150 the number uncertain) were given ceramic statues to celebrate the festivity. My grandfather took home 2. These 2 statues have sat untouched for 69 years in my grandmothers hutch.Since then my mother and I both worked at the hotel which of course has been changed over and over.. These statues mean a lot to the history of those days and If somebody is interested in owning a piece of that please let me know. Any questions or if a photo of my grandfather with Bugsy somebody would like to see feel free to contact me. Or just Google "Paul Price" and "Bugsy Siegel". There you will see notes and books about the past. I will do it personally.
